Our services and specialisms

Through decades of in-house research, manual sorting, and continuous quality checks, we guarantee the best worms for every application.

International export

We arrange reliable bulk deliveries throughout Europe and beyond—including England, Finland, Poland, and Austria—using temperature-controlled transport.

Dendrobaena veneta

Our pride and joy: the *Dendrobaena veneta*, widely known as the ideal fishing worm. These strong, lively worms offer excellent shelf life and uniform sizing.

Artisanal cultivation

Much of the work at our Ottersum farm is done by hand. This allows us to continuously monitor the condition, purity, and health of every batch of worms.

Supplies for angling

We offer consistent volumes in custom packaging, specifically for angling shops and wholesalers. Always delivered fresh from the nursery, straight from stock.

"Hofmans' worms are always in perfect health and exceptionally active. Since I started ordering from here, my catch rate has noticeably improved!"

How do I store the worms after receiving them?

Store the fishing worms in a cool, dark place between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius, for example in a shed or refrigerator. Keep the culture soil slightly moist.

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are carefully packed and shipped the same day to ensure minimal transit time.

Which type of worm is suitable for my fishing?

Dendrobaenas are versatile and perfect for bream, roach, and trout. For larger predatory fish or catfish, we recommend our large lobworms.
